Aly’s Party Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or late packages. Once the tracking information indicates “delivered”, Aly’s Party Creations is not responsible for stolen or missing mail. Please contact USPS or UPS with questions regarding shipment tracking. Any packages returned to Aly’s Party Creations will require additional shipping costs. Packages with incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be refunded or resent.
Pick Up Service
If you would like to pick up your items, please indicate pickup when you check out and a member of our team will reach out once order has been completed.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer accept returns or cancellations.
